Nicholas Fioravanti, 42, was arrested this week following an investigation into recording devices that were found placed inside two areas of his home, including a bedroom and bathroom.
At the time the devices were uncovered, the victim was underage, investigators noted.
Police say that Fioravanti - a volunteer soccer coach in the Perry Hall and White Marsh area - has been charged with privilege prurient intent and visual surveillance in a private area.
Anyone who believes they may have been a victim of Fioravanti has been asked to contact detectives at the department by calling (410) 887-5000.
Fioravanti is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
